We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will apply from the date of publication on the website and will not affect previously confirmed orders.

Products

All our products are handcrafted. Minor differences in shape, color, or scent are completely normal and reflect the uniqueness of handmade items. These variations are not considered defects.

Availability & Production Time

Product availability is regularly updated on the website, though occasional discrepancies may occur. For custom or made-to-order items, production times will be communicated prior to purchase confirmation. In case of unexpected delays or unavailability, we will contact you promptly to decide whether to wait or request a refund.

Pricing & Payment Methods

All prices are in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Payments can be made using the methods displayed at checkout. Transactions are securely handled through external payment platforms. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

Shipping

Orders are shipped within 10 business days from payment confirmation, unless otherwise specified for custom or pre-order products. Delivery times depend on the courier and destination. While we cannot be held responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by the shipping carrier, we will always do our best to assist you.

Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with Italian consumer law. To exercise your right of withdrawal, email us at hello@thecandlecluub.com, including your order number. Products must be returned unused, intact, and in their original packaging. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the original payment method. Used or damaged products cannot be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, who also assumes the risk until we receive the returned item.

Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged item or one that is different from what you ordered, please email hello@thecandlecluub.com with detailed photos. If the claim is validated, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any related shipping costs.

Product Care, Warnings, and Safety

For any questions or guidance, please consult the Candle Care section of our website. Please read and follow the instructions carefully. The Candle Cluub is not liable for damage resulting from incorrect or negligent use of its products.

Workshops and Experiences

The Candle Cluub organizes workshops, events, and hands-on experiences related to artisanal candle making. Participation requires advance booking and payment, unless otherwise stated. Reservations are only confirmed upon receipt of payment, which must be made using the methods available on the site. If you are unable to attend, please notify us via email at hello@thecandlecluub.com as soon as possible.

If an event is cancelled or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., force majeure, illness, venue unavailability), you will be contacted promptly and offered the choice to attend on a new date. During workshops, respectful behavior and compliance with safety instructions are required. The Candle Cluub is not responsible for damage to property or persons resulting from inappropriate conduct or failure to follow instructions. Photos or videos may be taken during events for promotional use. If you do not wish to appear in such media, please inform us at the beginning of the event.

Intellectual Property

All content, texts, images, and designs on this website are the exclusive property of The Candle Cluub or used under license. Any use or reproduction, even partial, is prohibited without prior written permission.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. In case of disputes, if you are a consumer, jurisdiction will lie with the court of your place of residence. For foreign customers, Italian law applies unless otherwise required by mandatory local regulations.
